Sue Dutler Appointed Director of Libraries

Sue Dutler was officially appointed director of libraries after an interim term beginning June 14. For 30 years, Dutler served as the institutional library director at Robert Morris University Illinois, where she led the growth of all library operations at the main campus and established seven branch libraries.

Congratulations to Sue on her appointment.

John Jaramillo Named Conference Athletics Director of the Year

Congratulations to John Jaramillo on his recognition as the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Athletics Director of the Year. During the integration, Jaramillo helped incorporate over 500 new student-athletes and many varsity, club and performing arts programs into the Roosevelt community. Read more.

The New Office of Engagement, Equity and Inclusion

Roosevelt merged the Center for Student Involvement and Multicultural Student Support Services into the Office of Engagement, Equity and Inclusion. The office will support all the initiatives from the former offices, such as student clubs, Student Government Association and cultural organizations and programming, with an enhanced focus on social justice.

The Division of Student Affairs also houses the Learning Commons (Academic Tutoring, Writing and Math Center and Peer Mentoring) and Student Access (Student Disability Services and Veterans Affairs).
